1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Virtual Try-On feature provided by Lushra, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this feature.

2. Purpose of the Feature

The Virtual Try-On feature allows users to upload or capture images to preview how Lushra products may appear before purchase. This feature is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Image Usage Policy

  • Users may upload images voluntarily for the purpose of using the Virtual Try-On feature.
  • The uploaded images are used only to provide the try-on simulation experience.
  • Lushra does not use, store permanently, share, sell, publish, or reuse uploaded images for marketing, promotional, or any other commercial purposes.
  • Images will not be used for training AI models or any third-party services beyond what is necessary to provide the try-on functionality.

4. Data Retention

  • All uploaded images will be automatically deleted from Lushra’s servers within 30 days from the date of upload.
  • Images are not retained beyond this period under any circumstances.

5. User Responsibility

  • Users must upload only their own images or images they have permission to use.
  • Users must not upload any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Lushra reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Virtual Try-On feature provides a simulated preview and may not represent the exact real-life appearance of the product. Lushra is not responsible for variations between digital previews and actual product results.

7. Modifications

Lushra reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the feature constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
